To ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase, We are aware of the difficulty of purchasing a Lace Wig online without the opportunity of experiencing it first hand, so we offer a one-time free return and exchange.

Please be advised that you must contact us prior to sending your unit back as our return address is different from the address we ship our wigs from.
Please note that any unauthorized return without contacting us will be denied at our warehouse facility.

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of the wigs that have NOT been cut, tampered and altered. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients

You must fill in the return & exchange form below to request a return for exchange within 7 days after you received the package. no exchangeare processed after 7 days.

After the return for exchange request has been authorized,ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we give, you are alsoresponsible for the return shipping charge which is about $5-$7 for U.S.customer.

No exchange unit will be processed unless you offered us thereceipt or the tracking # of the return.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return andexchange.

15% restocking fee will be applied to the second-timeexchange process.

Clearance wig is not eligible for return or exchange.

Repair policy




Our customers can enjoy one time of wig repairing services which worth $40-$100 within after-sale three months for free. If more than three months, new or VIP customers may click Repair Services to choose complex repair services

Contact service@wigsartist.com first if you have anyquestions. Please contact our customer service before returning wigs because weneed to make sure whether it can be repaired. And get the repair return address

After confirming your repair request, you can send the wigback.

The repair time is 30-36 business days

You are also responsible for the return shipping chargewhich is about $5-$7 for U.S. customer.
